Global talent acquisition gathering goes virtual

With more than 100 presentations from thought leaders and practitioners, there was truly something for everyone at the first TA Global Gathering, which due to Covid was run as a virtual event.

Organised by The Recruitment Events Company, more than 3,600 talent acquisition (TA) and recruitment professionals from 101 countries logged in over the two days, allowing them not only to listen to presentations, but to ask questions, post messages on a social wall and chat with other attendees.

While there was strong focus on hot topics of the moment, including how Covid is changing the TA landscape, especially driving the trend for technology, as well as diversity & inclusion, ‘traditional’ topics, such as employer branding, values and culture, were not neglected.

Starting tomorrow, recruiter.co.uk will be bringing you highlights of this event as we endeavour to keep you up to date with the very latest in TA as it faces up to the challenges and the opportunities presented by Covid-19 and associated socio-economic trends and developments.
