TXM Group’s many awards are effective recruitment tool

Winning multiple Investing In Talent Awards has proven an effective recruitment tool for past winner TXM Group.

Ahead of Friday’s deadline for entries in this year’s Investing In Talent Awards, Recruiter caught up with Andrew Midgley, the firm’s group MD.

He told Recruiter: “We have picked up half a dozen awards over the years, including Most Inspiring Newcomer, Most Inspiring Manager and Best Recruitment Company to Work For. This has helped us to attract new talent but it’s really about rewarding the achievements and successes of our people.

“Without our people we haven’t got a business. A business is more than just high billers – you need people contributing at all levels. This acknowledges them in the right way and acknowledges what we have done in the business, such as with apprenticeships. The awards put some smiles on people’s faces, which was fantastic to see.”

Recruiters have only until Friday (12 July) to get their entries into this year’s Awards and can do so here.
