400 jobs created as Frank Recruitment expands abroad
Technology staffing specialist Frank Recruitment Group is planning an expansion across Europe, following a year in which it has increased gross profit and turnover.
Group results for the year 30 November 2017, uploaded to Companies House in early September, reveal GP increased from £61m to £84m, with turnover up from £126.4m to £180.3m, and operating profit up from £5.6m to £14.8m in the previous year.
In a statement, the group revealed in the last two months it opened offices in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Denver and Warsaw, with Cologne due to open mid-October, in a move expected to create around 400 new jobs.
The company further revealed it has also recently launched Jefferson Frank and Nelson Frank, two new brands dedicated to Amazon Web Services and ServiceNow respectively.
Commenting on the group’s move, CEO James Lloyd-Townshend said: “From the first day we opened our doors in Newcastle, right up to the launch of our latest new brands and our most recent international expansion, Frank Recruitment Group has always taken a highly-ambitious approach to growth strategy.”
