Royal Navy admits problems with Capita’s recruiting system

The Royal Navy has admitted to problems with its new Defence Recruiting System (DRS), the online recruitment system provided by outsourcing firm Capita.

A Royal Navy spokesperson told Recruiter that “teething problems” with the new online system that was introduced in the middle of November resulted in some candidates not being able to successfully register.
