Joining the Perm Division you will be responsible for taking over a wide range of existing relationships, PSL agreements and vacancies within HR and will work to an incredibly high standard to source the very best candidates in HR, from Assistant level through to Director and if you have the ambition to achieve a management career you will be support to develop your own team.
To fit in with this team and maintain the level of service this firm's clients expect you will be the ultimate professional that cares about attention to detail, that works to seriously high levels of customer service and gets real results. You won't be under pressure to make sales calls or be targeted but there will be expectation to manage and deepen relationships in a way that perhaps you have not in the past - think lost of coffee meetings, dinners, events and more and don't worry - budget is not an issue!
