Myles MacBean, until recently BT’s head of e-commerce services and now GO.com’s vice-president of technology and operations, tells Mark Whitehead how he works to connect business acumen and the Internet

BT has got the painters and decorators in at Mondial House building in central London. The offices are being transformed into a white, modern open-plan space, fit for the new tenant. In a few weeks these premises, close to London Bridge, will be the centre of BT’s rapidly growing Internet-based operations.
