The Coalition government’s proposed reforms to the health service are likely to mean significant changes to recruitment. Colin Cottell reports

In what is arguably the biggest shake-up in the NHS’s history, the government wants a wider range of organisations to provide health services. These include consortia of local GPs (general practitioners), the voluntary sector, social enterprises and the private sector.
