We are seeking a full–time, permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our London Bridge office. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the education sector and a background in recruitment consultancy, sales and/or business development.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel, you're the vital link between our schools and candidates. You will join a thriving team covering a specialist sector (primary/secondary/SEN) and will be responsible for building your candidate pool and school base across a local area.

You will

Be responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary and permanent job placements
Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business across your local area
