Paragon is keen to expand our existing team with a motivated and professional Recruitment Consultant.

Our Consultants have a 360 degree recruitment role, managing a dual desk of temporary and permanent recruitment for their clients. We share candidates on a 50/50 split basis, giving our clients the best choice, resulting in a higher success for individual Consultants.
Paragon Personnel is a boutique specialist Consultancy, established in 1989 providing Executive Assistants, business support staff, Compliance professionals and Accountants. Our main client profile is City professions – Investment Banking, Asset Management, Private Equity and Hedge Funds and Compliance Consultancies.
We have a great talented team of loyal experienced Consultants, some whom have been with us for 14+ years. Whilst we all have experience, we enjoy sharing ideas, are very team spirited and will brain storm to ensure we give the best service to all our clients and candidates alike. We work hard, but believe in a work/life balance.
- Building strong client and candidate relationships
- Business development
- Sourcing/screening and interviewing candidates
- Briefing and submitting individuals for relevant roles/preparing them for interviews
- Advertising clients roles
- Managing both temporary and permanent vacancies.
We offer an excellent package/commission and bonus structure (great earning potential/up to 25% commission with no threshold).
