A new vacancy has arisen for a Lead Resourcing Partner, based at Barway, reporting into the UK Operations HR Director and acts as a senior part of the Operations and Group HR Team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working in line with our group values; Trust, Efficiency, Quality & Expertise and Can–do

• Developing and shaping the organisation's approach and strategy towards talent, and implementing a consistent, aligned approach to succession planning for salaried, professional roles and key shop floor roles

• Controlling and being responsible for the entire resourcing process

• Managing outsourced recruitment contracts and costs

• Creating a Fit For Purpose Preferred Supplier List (PSL)

• Working internally to build tools to aid the organisation's objectives and strategies

• Using wider teams', as well as your own, expertise to solve resourcing challenges

• Ensuring the company's culture and values are represented throughout the resourcing process

• Workforce planning and pipelining to ensure that the organisation's talent is fit to meet future challenges

• Ensuring the company is seen as an employer of choice by talent, whether junior, senior, or executive level

• Delivering reports on the resourcing data and analytics when required

• Taking into consideration the organisation's behaviour and values and role modelling these

The ideal candidate will:

• Be comfortable with managing and leading people

• Have a strong knowledge and previous experience within a resourcing function, recruitment and talent assessments

• Have an understanding of diversity and how this impacts and connects with resourcing.

• Have experience in creating talent acquisition programmes and implementing employer brand which corresponds to an organisation's culture

• Have strong relationship building, management, and communication skills, as well as being proficient in motivating and engaging the team

• Have an understanding of data and analytics with an ability to demonstrate to others its impact and return on investment

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
