Job Summary

Our client is currently hiring for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a Recruitment Agency based in Solihull, to build and grow a fast paced education desk.

Responsibilities and Duties

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, based in their professional office in Solihull, you will be responsible for the day to day management of your desk. You will build and maintain relationships with clients and support them through their recruitment process, ensuring that you are delivering to them in the timescales provided. You will resource and manage candidates for each of your vacancies by meeting with them and guiding them through the process of preparing them for interviews, interview techniques to starting their new job and providing them with aftercare. This is a high volume, fast paced desk, placing candidates with large, well known companies in the Midlands area.

Qualifications and Skills

You will have a sales or recruitment background and have knowledge of the Educational Industry. You will be a competitive person and be self–motivated to succeed in your career.
