Are you a Talented Commercial Recruitment Consultant looking for your next opportunity with one of the best in the business. Bond Williams Office & Commercial Recruitment (a division of Bond Williams Group of Finance, HR, IT and Commercial) is recruiting a Consultant due to expansion of our Office & Commercial Desk based in our Southampton Office.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is extremely driven and passionate about building and maintaining relationships, and not afraid of a challenge, you will need to be experienced in engaging with exceptional candidates (by phone and face–to–face). You, as a Commercial Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for developing existing and new client accounts and matching a pipeline of candidates against temporary and permanent office jobs within the Office & Commercial sector, earning a good basic salary plus unrivalled additional commission, bonuses and benefits.

Preferred background/experience:

  • A strong background in temporary office and commercial recruitment is essential.
  • Strong people & communication skills/experience.
  • Excellent record in business development, opening doors and developing long meaningful business relationships at a professional level.
  • Previous proven success as a Recruitment Consultant.

More importantly, we require someone with the drive and determination to succeed in this highly competitive and challenging industry and go the extra mile for both candidate and client delivery. Great interpersonal and organisational skills are a must.
