Membership is crucial to the future of the RSPB, and our face–to–face membership team travels across the country to inspire members of the public at a huge variety of places: on our own reserves; at small convenience stores; at national events; shopping centres; retail parks; village stores; etc. Wherever there are people to engage with, we need a team of enthusiastic fundraisers to inspire the public to give nature a home.

Salary starting at: GBP22,073 to GBP23,912 per annum. Applicants should expect under normal circumstances to receive an offer at the bottom of the advertised range
Hours: Full Time
Contract: 12 month fixed term contract

As part of a small team you will support the co–ordination and placement of recruitment advertising to help support the ambition to get to and maintain 200 face–to–face membership recruiters working for the RSPB.

You will work through CV's and applications to select suitable candidates then conducting and initial telephone and screening interviews with the goal to find suitable candidates to through to arranging final stage face–to–face interviews and practical assessments with managers on the ground.

The role will conduct continuous testing of advertising placement, copy and approaches to ensure we are attracting quality candidates. It will be a fast–paced environment and require a hands–on, organised, focused and responsive approach.
