As a Senior Consultant with our client you will uphold their core values at all times and lead organically by example, not only through your personal billings but also your behaviours, communication style and level of expertise. Junior members of our clients team will seek to emulate your success and behaviours independently of any direction from Senior Management.

You will continue to generate revenue by successfully placing technology professionals within our clients client universe and your own, self–generated client portfolio.

You are an expert in your specific technology vertical, maintaining a comprehensive and up–to–date knowledge and understanding of the Eco–system that surrounds this technology:

Details of the role:

  • You will actively seek to place yourself in situations that will enable you to positively engage potential clients and candidates face to face.
  • You will represent our clients at networking events, conferences and technical meet–ups. View these situations as opportunities, visualising the outcomes in both the short–term and the long–term.
  • Creating and maintaining genuine, credible relationships will be crucial to your ultimate success in this industry.
  • Your performance will ultimately be measured by your GP against target
  • You will also be measured by your ability to win new business, develop existing accounts, cross–sell opportunities to other areas of the business
  • You will be measured by your personal brand within the technology vertical you operate in.

The strength and depth of your client relationships underpins your ability to influence and manage recruitment activity. The engagement you have with your clients will be measured through on–going feedback gathered at the end of a recruitment processes and through formal customer–satisfaction surveys.

Quality of Business/Time Management

  • Active clients
    • New Business generated and converted, by client
    • Number of client meetings attended and outcomes
    • Delivery track record for past quarter /client
    • Depth of stakeholder engagement
  • Live Jobs
    • Number of jobs picked up
    • Number of workable jobs based on interview slots
    • Number of offers rejected
    • Offer to placement ratio
  • Time to Hire
    • Average time to hire by client and overall
  • New GP generated (via CMS and Perm report)
  • Repeat GP generated (via CMS and Perm report)

Client Engagement/Market Perception

  • Client Engagement
    • LinkedIn recommendations / Client Engagement survey results
  • Personal Brand/Expertise
    • Network map
    • Evidence of external activity (events, blogs etc)
    • Attend a minimum of 12 external meet ups per year
    • ROI and tracked revenue from event activity
    • Evidence of collaboration and any resulting GP

CRM Adoption

  • Recording number of live jobs
  • Recording CV's sent against live jobs
  • Recording number of interviews scheduled ( each stage)
  • Recording offer made/rejected/accepted
  • Recording client calls and outcome
  • Recording client meetings attended and outcome
  • Recording contact event invitations and outcome
