An established, successful Leeds based family run Recruitment Consultancy is looking for experienced recruitment consultants within the IT, Engineering, Technical and Technology sectors. The company has invested in technology so that you can be based from home.
This is a well–established recruitment consultancy dealing with IT, heating, ventilation and air conditioning sectors. The company provide sales, management and technical staff to a large number of companies across the UK and have developed a good reputation with candidates and clients for effectiveness and integrity. They have recently expanded their remit to include IT recruitment and are now looking to increase headcount across the divisions. They are instantly recognised as a leader within their sector.
THE ROLE & CULTURE
You will be building a desk in the sector/s that you know best with the support of their resourcing team of candidate researchers.
They have invested in a first–class training programme and the latest communications and recruitment software to enable recruiters to work effectively from home or the office as and when you wish.
They believe improving performance is a combination of improving the recruitment process based on good quality data, teamwork and continual training and coaching.
For those that aspire to it and meet the criteria, there is a career path into management including a Management Degree Apprenticeship with the Open University Business School.
At least three year's experience in recruitment within the IT, Engineering or Technology sectors.
Must have a proven record of success in business development.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Computer keyboard skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar.
Must be able to attend a monthly meeting in Leeds, so you will need to be based within a realistically commutable distance.
In return, they offer a starting basic salary of GBP35k reviewed annually to be 40% of your personal turnover. There is also a profit share scheme and a pension scheme to which the company contributes. They are flexible to accommodate a good work/life balance for staff.
