Resourcing the right people for our business is what this role is all about. You will have the chance to use your knowledge of tools, techniques, and methodologies that underpin the end–to–end recruitment lifecycle to deliver the best people for our business and ensure candidates have a great experience. Using your experience as a recruiter, you will support the creation of an external talent map to allow us to understand where we can find the very best people for a diverse range of functions. You will be involved in all day to day recruitment; taking briefs, supporting hiring managers with interviewing or offers, finding candidates directly and helping us build a pipeline of talent who can support the needs of our business moving forward.
You will be the specialist, so a hiring manager will always be able to rely on your market knowledge when advising where to place adverts or which attraction methods will work best. You will also need to be able to work collaboratively to ensure you are always listening to our business's needs.
You will be an experienced recruiter with at least some of your experience gained from previous in house experience. This is a hands–on role and requires someone who is driven to deliver results and passionate about getting things done right the first time.
You will have a proven record of direct hiring, mining job boards, writing job adverts and be comfortable working at pace. Passionate about service and quality, it is important you can work on recruitment at all levels and have outstanding communication skills so all hiring managers are clear in what our approach to their recruitment is and how you are going to deliver it. You will have experience in various forms of interviewing including assessments and video interviews and have experience writing questions for and supporting with competency–based interviews. Ideally, you will have worked with psychometric testing tools such as SHL, MBTI or Hogan.
