The opportunity

This position will focus on placing permanent and contract personnel. You need to demonstrate patience and attention to detail to ensure the right candidates find the right jobs consistently throughout the whole process and be commercially aware.
Our client has made their name providing solutions for technical and engineering disciplines, so previous experience working for or in these industries needed. They don't believe in tracking performance through redundant KPIs. Instead, our clients believe in treating each candidate and client as individuals, enabling their consultants to deliver on their company promise of excellent service.
To qualify for this role, you'll need:
* At least 3 years' experience working as a Recruitment Consultant, involved in new Business Development, Key Account Management, collation and thorough vetting of candidates, through to final delivery and placements with Clients.
* A background needed working with technical/manufacturing sectors, particularly within automotive, aerospace or defence.
To succeed, you'll need to demonstrate the ability to:
* Develop and manage relationships with clients, understanding their long and short–term objectives
* Source high calibre candidates, attracting candidates through adverts and social media
* Be forward thinking, seeking and generating new business opportunities
* Use your planning and organisation skills to effectively manage your candidate database
* Identify candidate suitability, through pre–interview, qualification verification, understanding the job requirement
* Be familiar with current employment and inland revenue legislation
