  • Providing full life cycle of the recruitment process
  • Ensuring that all ARM's services are offered to clients where appropriate

Key Result Areas (KPI's)

  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Enhance existing business in accordance with KPI's
  • Visit the client and candidate as and when appropriate
  • Successfully advertise vacancies with a suitable source that will generate CV's and candidates
  • Identify suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies, individually and utilising the appropriate resource teams
  • Arrange interviews by effectively liaising with the client, candidate and internal ARM teams
  • Skilling up and updating candidates and clients on Colleague database
  • Progress reference checks
  • Progress lead generation and follow up accordingly
  • Forwarding the appropriate administration to support each applicants CV, adhering to legal business obligations at all times
  • Ensuring information on Colleague database is logged relating to the client/candidates, to secure effective working relationships, and build upon existing business

  • Meet and ideally exceed KPI targets and financial revenue
  • Number of telephone calls
  • Time on the telephone
  • Margins generated – self
  • Number of clients, candidates and contacts added/updated
  • Number of CV's sent to client

Qualifications & Experience


  • Educated to GCSE level
  • Experience in a call centre/sales environment
  • Experience in working to deadlines
  • Customer service experience


  • Experience of a similar role
  • Educated to graduate level
