Your new role
We are hiring for Trainee Recruitment Consultants that will specialise in Social Care recruitment.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will become an expert, recruiting into our Social Care market. You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of candidates and clients and be pro–active in developing valuable, long lasting relationships through your business development and direct advertising. You will be placing the right candidate into the right role and completing the full end to end recruitment process whilst successfully achieving your targets and KPI's specific to your desk within this results–orientated business.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed as a Social Care Recruiter, you will have an interest in the social care environment and be able to become familiar with concepts quickly through formal and informal learning. You will be a fantastic relationship builder and be able to convert relationships from online applications to face to face. You will have a flexible mind–set and will be able to come up with creative solutions to challenges that the market presents.
You will also need to be:
