- You'll have to adapt to and understand a number of different markets, so it's important that you're eager to get stuck into research. Finding the perfect candidate means knowing a sector inside and out and you'll need to put in some strong investigation work to make sure the candidate is perfect.
- Driven to succeed
- The companies you'll be working with at the top of their game, and you should be too – we're looking for high standards and a refusal to accept anything less than excellent. You're hardworking and committed to go the extra mile to get results.
- A high achiever
- You'll be working alongside Partners and Principals from the get–go and gain exposure to some of the world's top companies, so you've got to have something to say for yourself. Ideally, we're after a 2:1 or higher from a top university.
