Contract Recruitment Consultant– Emerging Technologies and Cloud

ConSol Partners are currently looking for an experienced contract Recruitment Consultant to join our well established and forever growing Contract division. As the new Senior recruiter at ConSol Partners you will have experience in recruiting in either of the following technologies: Emerging Technologies, Infrastructure and Networking, Semiconductors and R&D

The Role

  • 360 contract recruitment consultant role
  • Ensures team delivers high quality client and candidate experience
  • Driving KPIs (both activity based and financial), with view to maximising sales
  • Prepare and conduct presentations to clients
  • Set client development plans, ensuring there is a balanced distribution of clients
  • Understand ConSol Partners' vision and communicate key messages to both candidates and clients
  • Provide accurate forecasts and rationale behind them
  • Demonstrable evidence of winning new accounts and developing existing accounts
  • Client development, relationship–building, maximising new business opportunities

The Individual

  • Experience in recruiting into one of the following disciplines: Network Infrastructure, IP, Semiconductors, R&D
  • Consistent and proven high–achieving billing record
  • Ambitious– someone who is looking to move into management or team leadership
