Working as a Recruitment Consultant with us will see you win business from organisations and hiring managers, source candidates across the job market in your specific market and match the right candidate to the right job, to ultimately make fees and reach your financial targets. What you will need to succeed
While we welcome many experienced Recruiters here, what you do not need already is previous experience. Individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds join Hays and develop successful careers including retailers, individuals from hospitality, graduates/non–graduates and sales professionals.
Recruitment is hard work and results will require perseverance, resilience and determination. To succeed in this job you will need to be sales driven, results–orientated, ambitious and confident in your own abilities.
