This is a Recruitment Consultancy and business development based role which requires; high levels of client & candidate contact, selling to new clients and developing existing business, candidate attraction & networking, response management, interviewing and managing your own sales pipeline. All supported by excellent time management ability.
• Permanent recruitment experience
• Preferably in the Legal recruitment market place
• Full understanding of the recruitment life cycle
• Preferably with experience in selling and delivering recruitment campaigns
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to negotiate
• Competitive Basic Salary to GBP30,000 – in line with your experience
• Uncapped Bonus Scheme taking your earnings to GBP50k+ in year 1
