We are actively searching for new talent to join Opus as Trainee Recruitment Consultants based in our London office!   • Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing jobs as well as candidates, arranging interviews and managing the offer process
  • Sourcing candidates from various platforms and find out their motivations, drivers and requirements for their next career opportunity
  • Cold calling both candidates and clients to pitch the benefits of working with yourself and Opus
  • Writing creative job adverts and marketing campaigns to attract new business and talent
  • Conduct detailed candidate telephone and/or face–to–face interviews to identify skillsets research and fully immerse yourself into creating your own business
  • Lead generate to create a pipeline of new business opportunities within your market
  • Building long–lasting client relationships with a variety of different sized companies, learning skills such as negotiation and objection handling
  • Undertaking comprehensive LinkedIn Recruiter' training, providing you with the skills and resources to headhunt, identify and attract outstanding candidates
  • An uncapped commission scheme that goes up to 40% and has no threshold
  • Once you have hit certain criteria and you will receive a salary increase of up to GBP7,200
  • Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly incentive super trips and treats
