I am currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to work for a highly reputable employer within the social care sector based Surrey.
My client are offering competitive basic salary + Bonus

The Role
With a passion for recruitment you will source and place quality candidates in a range of healthcare roles.
We are looking for an enthusiastic & highly motivated individual capable of working to targets, exceeding expectations and developing and maintaining positive working relationships with both clients and workers

Your duties will include but are not limited to:–
* To develop, manage and run a successful, industry leading recruitment desk
* To establish and nurture new and lucrative relationships with national clients
* Sourcing and developing new contacts in order to develop new business
* Delivering on a variety of KPI's

Candidate Requirements
* Experience in working within a healthcare/recruitment/sales environment
* Self–motivated and results driven
* Strong communication, analytical and appropriate IT skills.
* Positive and enthusiastic personality with excellent interpersonal skills
