We are currently looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to work on our Physiotherapy desk at our office in Turnford, Hertfordshire. Due to year on year growth the team are looking to increase their headcount and welcome applications from those with a sales background but also ambitious and proactive individuals looking to start a career in a busy sales environment.

The successful candidate will work under the supervision and direction of the Senior Recruitment Consultant to build and maintain an active candidate database to meet the requirements of their clients in both the NHS And Private Sector.

They will achieve this by:

?? Ensuring all elements of the registration and recruitment process are adhered to in line with company standards and that ongoing maintenance activities for working candidates are actioned.

?? Pre–screening candidates to assess their suitability and requirements.

?? Assisting in the preparation of CVs, correspondence and other documentation for forwarding to NHS Trust.

?? Responsible for ensuring a professional service is provided to candidates and clients by ensuring their experience of our organisation is always positive and of a high standard.

?? Provide a timely and proactive response to all enquiries, forwarding to relevant colleagues as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will also be solution orientated, self–motivated and resilient. Good communication skills are essential as is an ability to multi–task and prioritise.
