Amegreen Complex Homecare Ltd is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our head office team in Aylesbury. We deliver bespoke care to clients with complex medical needs within their own home and pride ourselves on delivering quality service to our clients enabling them to lead independent lives.

The recruitment team plays a vital role in our company, helping both to grow the company and ensure the continuity of care to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team, in a fast–growing company.

We are looking for someone who is able to manage a dynamic workload in a busy environment, whilst maintaining the quality of the recruitment process.
Responsibilities of the role:
  • Source and screen candidates through a variety of channels
  • Control the interview process
  • Build strong relationships with applicants.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders including re
  • Manage the on–boarding of new starters
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Recruitment experience
  • Strong communicator
  • Have a good telephone manner
  • Be able to build strong relationships with both colleagues and candidates
  • Self–Motivated, but able to work as part of a team
  • Well organised and good at prioritising their workload
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience within healthcare (desirable)
