Senior Recruitment Consultant
GBP25–35,000 plus commission
Our client is an independently run talent consultancy. They are recognised for our expertise in delivering exceptional talent – from entry–level to senior executives!
As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a talented recruiter or resourcer with a proven track record in managing talent and meeting revenue targets, whilst putting clients and candidates first.
The role will involve working closely with other consultants and resourcers to attract and match events professionals with new opportunities at events businesses around the globe.
The role will involve:
- Searching for, meeting and evaluating a range of professionals from entry–level to senior executive positions
- Resourcing candidates using internal databases, industry networks, external searches and headhunting techniques
- Fully researching and understanding the needs of companies
- Nurturing and developing existing client relationships by identifying and serving their needs as well as negotiating client fees and retainers
- Writing 'winning' candidate synopses and giving detailed and constructive feedback to both candidates and clients in order to move processes forward
- Developing organisation charts and undertaking detailed research to inform and shape our business development strategy
Ultimately, you'll need to be commercially driven and highly organised with a knack for uncovering and grabbing opportunities.
