SEP Professioanl Services Ltd are expanding their team in Ormskirk and are looking for Ambitious, Target Driven and Positive individuals to join their established recruitment team.

Successful candidates must have previous sales experience, a strong work ethic plus excellent communication skills. Previous experience working in the Recruitment Sector is desirable but is not essential.

Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities include:–

* Identify new business opportunities through effective sales and business development using both telephone and face to face techniques;

* Develop a good understanding of your client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment;

* Research and gather market intelligence within your chosen market to increase your own knowledge;

* Search for candidates through direct headhunting, advertisements, social media etc..;

* Develop candidate relationships and build out a network;

* Manage the full recruitment process including but not limited to; search and selection, briefing candidates about their responsibilities, salary/rate and benefits of the job, organising interviews and final negotiation???.close the deal!;
