Job Role: Administrator

Salary: GBP16000–GBP19000 plus 5 weeks holiday

Working hours: 08.45am–5.15pm Monday–Friday

Come join the team here at Twenty–Four Seven Recruitment Ltd!! We've been here since 1999 and now require an additional administrator to join our busy team.

We operate throughout Yorkshire and supply logistics, industrial and commercial workers. We have grown considerably over the last few years and now need further help within the admin team.

Reporting to the Administration Manager your main duties will be as follows:

  • Meeting and greeting of candidates
  • Answering the phone and entry door
  • Dealing with emails and job applications
  • Interaction with clients at all levels
  • Preparation of training and induction packs
  • General administration duties.

Previous office experience is preferred but not essential. However, you must possess excellent communication skills a good understanding of modern IT packages and be comfortable with a busy, fast–paced environment.

We also operate an out of hours on call system whereby you would be required to be on call with a mobile phone to fill bookings and deal with queries on a rotational basis .

Driving licence preferred.
