Owing to our continued expansion we are now seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team located on the Stratford Road, Hall Green.
Able Personnel is growing fast and due to expansion, we are now seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual. We are seeking either an experienced Recruitment Consultant or an Assessor or Business Development person that's worked within the training industry, who is looking to develop a career within Recruitment.
Duties will involve
- Placing candidates into work for Training and Education clients, however open to other divisions
- Dealing with existing clients and obtaining extra business by telephone calls, linked in contacts, visiting potential clients to obtain new business
- Interviewing candidates
- Assisting candidates with client interview preparation
- Marketing candidates out to clients
- General administration
- Preparing Cvs to send to clients
- Preparing interview confirmations
- Working to KPIs and targets
Basic salary is negotiable
