My client is a global organisation looking to recruit a Resourcing Advisor to join their HR team.
The Resourcing Advisor will be part of a small HR team for this Global business and will have a very hands on role working with all key stakeholders to drive effective recruitment.
This will include working with managers to define requirements, briefing agencies, managing direct applications and screening calls.
You will have strong recruitment experience, ideally in–house. They are looking for someone to manage the candidate experience in a positive and effective way.
Working directly with hiring managers, you will be accountable for the end to end management of the candidate journey.
Candidate attraction forms a large part of this role, identifying high calibre applicants in a cost effective and timely way including CV database searches. You will develop our Talent Pool from attraction activities in a high–volume recruitment role.
