Your new company
A well–known, FTSE 100 Retail organisation are looking for a Sourcing Manager, (for HR and Professional services) to join their procurement team– which has been shortlisted for several industry awards for procurement team of the year. This organisation is well known for their impressive employee benefits and emphasis on the importance of a strong community within the organisation.
Your new role
As the Sourcing manager you will have strong exposure to Category Management of Human Resources and fleet, Rewards, Benefits and the contingent labour. You will create and then execute a clear and compelling category plan, balancing cost, quality and risk. You will also Lead cross–functional teams, build relationships with key suppliers and therefore contribute to the overall success and growth of the department.
To succeed you will:
- Have experience as a procurement/sourcing manager (ideally as an indirect generalist and/or in an HR category)
- You will be tactically and operationally strong with confident negotiation skills (good stakeholder management) and background in contract law
- You will be resilient, a strong leader and operate in fast paced environments
- You will also know how to do business as usual activity and be able to follow this through efficiently
