RPO Recruitment Consultant – Chancery Lane, London

As an RPO Recruitment Consultant at this company, you will need previous Executive Search or Technology Recruitment experience. Your role will involve visiting and working on–site for your client's. You will identify the most efficient hiring solution for them and work closely with the hiring managers. Working to their brief, you will source, screen, interview and build relationships with highly specialist candidates.

Ideal Candidate –

  • At least two years of previous Executive Search or Technology Recruitment experience
  • Motivated and driven with a hunger for success
  • Professional and mature attitude with an outgoing personality
  • Credible with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to manage a busy workload in a fast–paced environment
