I am not going to try and paint us as completely unique, as ultimately we work in recruitment and the day to day duties are roughly the same, so I can't tell you that you should join us because "we are different from the rest". We are probably "similar" to the rest, but probably differ in our open and honest approach to how we view ourselves and what we believe is our potential offering to you,

Firstly – It's an adult environment, meaning the working hours are whatever you need to make your day productive and successful but to also keep the wife/husband/girlfriend/boyfriend/both/kids/pets happy. You don't need to be chained to a desk or wear a pin stripe suit to succeed in recruitment. We believe in a relaxed culture and you having a good work/life balance and want to promote that environment as we grow.

Secondly– Its a genuine warm desk. Lots of clients, ready to work with. Our current Software Specialist is relocating and is moving out of recruitment. That leaves the rest of our team and we know our strengths and support a number of clients with their IT & Telecoms Networks recruitment. These clients love us and use us on a retained and exclusive basis. They will still need support them with their Software Recruitment and we simply dont have the knowledge our networks to support. So that's where you will come in.

Thirdly– There are no ridiculous KPIs, call monitoring times or micro managers here. There is simply one KPI: how you are performing for the salary you are receiving. Simple. It is sales after all, so you will be of course assigned a target to achieve for the salary you receive. We'll give you all the tools, training and support you need to achieve that. And reward you well for it with commission and benefits suited to your interests.

Finally – Freedom! Meaning you get to build your desk as you see fit. You have a voice, you have ideas, you don't like being pigeon holed into the battery farm environment that you may be currently experiencing. We aren't a rigid, old school recruitment business. We also aren't a fresh start up in absolute chaos. We are the happy medium.

Culture – It is genuinely great craic working at CRG TEC. We all are absolutely passionate about recruitment and genuinely enjoy the success we have with our clients and candidates, but we also don't take ourselves too seriously. We don't promote the "ping pong table" culture but we have plenty of fun and have no issues wrapping up early and going for a few drinks and doing whatever it is you like to do to relax together. The Managers are hands on recruiters and understand the challenges that recruitment can bring and we stand by you through thick and thin. Everyone is on a level here and there is zero office politics.

What we are looking for

We are growing our Manchester based offering and need an experienced recruiter to take the lead in establishing our Manchester Software offering in a 360 role

You will work in our group head office but will be the figure head for CRG TEC within that office, so this will take a certain type of person

You will have ideas, you will a vision and you will be able to tell us what support you need to make it work and we will listen
