This role is a pure recruitment role intended to help us service the large workload of roles we work on. It will NOT INVOLVE SELLING or new business development or telesales in any way. Therefore this role could be great alternative for those individuals who want an internal recruitment style role but with the benefit of commission.
We have recently won a place on the central government and NHS IT recruitment framework so you will see the benefit of this on roles that you work on in due course!
If you are a Recruitment Consultant or Researcher/Resourcer or Internal Recruiter with at least 12 months' IT (or technical/engineering/science) or non-healthcare (so has to be within corporate functions rather than say healthcare or social care) public sector recruitment experience looking to take the next step in your career and work for a company whose success has seen their turnover increase significantly in the recent years, this will hopefully be the right opportunity for you.

We operate successfully across a number of market sectors with a diversity that includes top 5 banks, a dozen London local authorities, growing, cutting-edge SMEs and Times Top 200 corporates. The potential for our Recruitment Account Managers to grow with the company is enormous and we can offer the tangible advantage to Consultants joining us of dedicated resourcer support, access to a full LinkedIn recruiter accounts and a large database of candidates across many business areas.
We operate a threshold-free commission structure which pays up to 35% commission.
We frequently bid for and win contracts with large entities both in the private and public sector which you will see the benefit of.
We also operate an individual incentive scheme and have awards for employee of the year and quarter.

Base salary: to £27K base, £75K OTE
