Due to the continued success of our established office division we are looking to speak to with experienced permanent consultant to develop the office/commercial specialism.

As part of our growth plans, we now have an opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our office division as a dedicated permanent consultant. As an already established division with a strong client base and a good job flow, the successful person will be responsible for expanding the specialism and working in conjunction with the Vanilla team to further develop the brand. The growth will be as rapid as you can justify, your career potential really is in your own hands.

Please note the following requirements:

Stability – We are looking for people with a stable career background – ideally 1 year plus in their current recruitment position.

Background – You must be able to demonstrate high levels of success in recruitment or a sales environment. We are looking for an innovative recruitment professional with demonstrable experience in developing new business, managing client relationships and candidate expectations. You will be naturally ambitious, commercially orientated with a good billing history and ethical in your approach. It is essential that you genuinely care about delivering exceptional service and creating a positive brand impression for both clients and candidates.

Location – You must be suitably located for an easy commute to Market Harborough, South Leicestershire. We recruit across Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.

Package – We are open on salary, increasing this with performance. We offer an excellent commission scheme. All our team start with 25 days holiday per year.

Work environment – We are based in a three storey Victorian office building with all the amenities you would expect close by within a market town, including shops, cafes and sandwich bars etc.

We have our own in–house marketing and creative department, designed to increase marketing activity and give Vanilla the edge over the competition. Our admin support team are highly experienced and allow the consultants to focus on selling and placing people, rather than administration.

We believe in people being productive in core hours, and unlike many recruitment companies, do not insist our people work ridiculously long hours. Everyone arrives by 8.30am and leaves any time after 5.00pm – we prefer people to be highly effective in this time rather than having no work/life balance.
