This is a full 360 role and we are looking for you to utilise on your career path to date to offer a specialist area of recruitment. Being able to sell the TMR Group services to potential new clients as well as managing our existing extensive clients.
We are an independent agency and results driven, not KPI and stats monitored!
• As an experienced Recruitment Consultant you will build and grow a client portfolio using commercial information to identify organisations.
• Develop client contact strategies and conduct business development calls
• Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients
• Candidate engagement and interviewing
• Consult and engage with clients to understand their needs and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting the right candidates
• Interview candidates to understand their requirements and gain valuable market information
• Provide advice on market conditions, CV and interview techniques and manage expectations
