A German speaking Resourcing Administrator job based in Kidderminster, paying between GBP20,000 and GBP22,000 PA.

You will assist in providing expert professional solutions and support, to enable their clients to achieve world–class performance. Your new role
Your new role will sit within the customer service–focused area of the company recruitment and resourcing team, calling, scheduling and resourcing for open positions and training with company clients. You will assist in all aspects of Customer/Contractor Care, which will include travel bookings, vetting services, and working with clients with regards to their allowances for business trips. Working closely with the company office in Hamburg, you will also support with areas of administration including customs reporting, registration for tax, medical claims and other compliance reports. Further to these administration duties will be preparing and issuing documents to clients and contractors.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will be an organised, self–motivated and proactive individual with excellent customer focus, and experience in developing relationships. You will be fluent in both the German and English language at a written and spoken level, able to communicate in a professional business manner in telephone, face–to–face and email forms. You will have strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and previous experience working within German employment law will be an advantage. You should be able to call upon previous customer service/customer focus positions, and working within busy environments where organisation and having the ability to prioritise workload is key, in order to succeed in this role.
