JOB TITLE: Branch Manager – Education Recruitment Consultant

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

LOCATION: Bristol ( Regular travel around the area required)
SALARY: GBP35,000 per annum plus profit related bonuses & uncapped commission structure & company pool car & fuel card

HOURS: F/T 8am–5.30pm term time. 9am–3pm during school holidays!

Cover Teachers are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager to lead and manage our established brand in Bristol. This role would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter with an appetite to run and develop their own small business without the risk of a startup.

Able to manage and support a team within all aspects of the role

The role of the Branch Manager is to assume responsibility for the achievement of Branch target as well as taking responsibility for your own billing. To lead and manage your team through delivering and driving the Cover Teachers values. You will be part of the senior management team and represent the brand at Board and Senior Management meetings as required.
