Recruitment Consultant – Engineering
GBP35,000 + profit share
Management Degree Apprenticeship option
This is a well–established recruitment consultancy dealing with manufacturers in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning sectors. They currently provide sales, management and technical staff across the UK and have developed an excellent reputation with candidates and clients for delivery, effectiveness and integrity. 2019 brings some exciting plans to expand its services to the wider Engineering and Technology sectors.
THE ROLE & CULTURE
Initially, you will be building a desk in the Engineering sectors that you know best as we expect leaders to lead from the front.
You will be able to work autonomously, with the support of the wider team but will be able to determine your focus and goals.
Once established you will be developing trainees into resourcers and/or recruiters with the support of a first–class training programme while retaining a major role in business development.
You will then be tasked with improving the recruitment process based on good quality data, team work and continual training and coaching.
At least three years' experience in recruitment within the Engineering and Technology sectors.
Must have a proven record of success in business development.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
A degree or tertiary educational qualification with a minimum 'C' at GCSE English and Maths.
Computer keyboard skills and familiarity with Microsoft office or similar.
A highly competitive basic salary which will be adjusted annually to reflect 40% of your billings, team profit share plus the company offers a four–year online Management Degree Apprenticeship to support the development of managers with one day off a week for study.
