REED Talent Solutions are seeking an experienced recruiter to join them on their Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team working on their Reed In Partnership account.

As part of this elite resourcing team you will be recruiting for a variety of roles across the Reed in Partnership business. As this is an RPO there's no need to make sales calls as there are more than enough opportunities for you to fill. Instead we need you to focus on finding the best talent possible as everyone that you recruit will go on to play a vital role within the Reed in Partnership business.

Who are you?
You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record as a recruiter from either an agency, in house or RPO background. Ideally you will also have experience within a recruitment roles and we will consider candidates with experience of working within any specialist recruitment sector.
This prior experience will allow you to understand the challenges in finding and engaging talent across a wide variety of positions. You must ensure that each and every candidate receives a first class service and your character will reflect our core values. In order to work with and persuade and influence a variety of personality types including senior stakeholders you will need to be able to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with both candidates and clients at all levels.
What's the role?
You'll be sourcing for candidates, writing job adverts and screening applications in order to find quality candidates to fill the roles our clients send across. While you will be supporting a team of talent specialists in fulfilling our clients volume recruitment requirements, you will also be headhunting for more senior talent using various candidates databases and social media in order to fulfill our clients niche recruitment needs.
This is a fast paced role, you'll need to source quickly so that we deliver an excellent serviced to our clients. with a focus on giving a great quality recruitment service to our clients and candidates.

Standard Full time hours are Monday – Friday, either 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm.
GBP22,000 to GBP27,000 depending on level of relevant recruitment/industry experience + 20% first year bonus earning potential (total potential first year OTE GBP32,400)
We are willing to consider candidates who would be interested in this role on a part time basis, however this would be at a minimum of 30 hours per week (either 6 hours per day over Monday – Friday or 4 full days at 8 hours per day).
