Recruitment Coordinator – Reed Talent Solutions – FTC

Salary – 18,000

Working hours – Monday to Friday 8–5 or 9–6

Contract – Start date – 19/8/2019 – 13/12/2019

Location – Central Northampton

What will you be doing?

You will be part of the Recruitment team who are responsible for supporting the Recruitment function.

This is a structured and process–driven role, which includes the processing of applications, booking candidates into recruitment sessions, making their id badge, creating them onto an in house system to ensure they get paid. Complaint handling both by phone and email and answering queries via telephone and email.

You will be working to targets and service level agreements with full support and training within the team.
