Senior Recruitment Consultant – Technology – Birmingham

Role Overview

Initially joining as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, we are looking for an individual who is interested in future leadership opportunities. You will have a keen desire to bill, lead by example and shape a business, building your career with Robert Half, which can offer endless progression.

Based in Birmingham you will be integral to achieving this by using your prior influencing and negotiation skills to build strong partnering relationships with key stakeholders in the market.

Principal accountabilities and duties (including but not limited to):

  • Proactively establishing the technology brand in the Birmingham region
  • Manage, shape, and develop your customer base and market
  • To identify new leads and business development opportunities daily
  • Ability to demonstrate personally accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's.
  • A 360–recruitment process managing expectations from both clients and candidates/contractors
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients & candidates
  • Building a strong network of candidates/contractors and clients
