Internal Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our client's HR department and manage the full–cycle recruiting processes.
The role would offer an ideal first step in house for a proven agency recruiter.
Internal Recruiter responsibilities include identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online and designing employee referral programs. To be successful in this role, you should have an HR academic background along with work experience in sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Ultimately, you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities will include advertising vacancies, partnering with business leads to ensure a complete consultative approach within the business, telephone interviews, screening CV's, headhunting and sourcing candidates via various platforms etc. You'll manage the full process right through to offer negotiations and on boarding for new starters.
To be successful you will have recent experience either in house or within an agency environment and will have demonstrable experience with working towards targets, acting as a recruitment partner and proven recruitment delivery experience. Preferred experience will include finance recruitment however not essential if you are a strong recruiter.
