Regional Resourcing Manager (In House) 37.5 hours Salary: Up to 4k depending on experience Due to success, we're looking to expand our team of In House Resourcing Managers to reenergise and drive recruitment activity for all recruitment activity and source the best people to join our Nuffield Health teams. Travel is required across a geographical area including occasional travel to our Epsom/Dorking, Surrey offices. Good recruitment is vital for every organisation – finding the right people for the right roles at the right time. Within the People Function, the Resourcing team plays a critical role partnering hiring managers to attract talent directly, so we can raise the profile of Nuffield Health as an employer of choice and additionally reduce the cost of recruitment. As a Resourcing Manager, you'll report to the Talent & Resourcing Partner managing a portfolio of vacancies across our Hospitals, gyms and clinics. This is a 36 recruiter role managing the end to end process. You'll take our brand straight to market to raise our profile as an employer of choice, engaging potential employees on the Nuffield Health proposition (and our opportunities) and ensure a positive candidate experience. Your primary goal is to find the right people for the right roles, keeping cost to hire at a minimum. The successful candidate will be a confident in–house recruiter with evidence of agency spend reduction and be able to demonstrate the ability to source your own candidates. It is essential that you build strong effective relationships with hiring managers, have a passion for candidate experience and be able to influence best practice.
