Senior Healthcare recruitment specialist. We are looking for driven, passionate Recruitment Consultants with a flair for sales who have either already made the transition from hospitality operations or would like to.

We ae looking for passionate, knowledgeable people who really understand the needs of our clients and candidates. We provide all the support and training you need to set you up for success, and you will undoubtedly become a friend as well as a colleague.

Your New Job

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will benefit from a monthly–paid, very transparent commission scheme which is extremely competitive, on top of your (also competitive) basic salary, as well as added incentives for those just joining us to get you off to the best start.

You will often meet candidates and clients face to face – This is not an entirely office–based role so if you enjoy getting out and meeting people, this is a big plus!

You will genuinely get out what you put in and will be handsomely rewarded for your effort!

Your Experience & Our Requirements

You should be articulate, intelligent and driven. You needn't be overtly 'sales'–oriented– though an ability in this regard can be a benefit, it isn't everything. An ability to really engage with people and understand their business' needs as well as the aspirations of your candidates is as important.

Ideally, you will have had experience within the Healthcare Recruitment sector, be that care or nursing homes, low secure units, bars, Knowledge of the industry you are recruiting is a must.

You will build relationships and ultimately maximise revenue opportunities through a professional and innovative approach to account management. You will also be required to identify new markets and sales opportunities, and to act on these accordingly.

Cold–calling is a requirement, though perhaps a misnomer – Almost all of your business development activity will be following up warm leads.

You will be a dynamic and passionate person with a willingness to work hard in a team environment, and be tenacious and confident within a fast–paced environment at all times.
