Executive Assistant – Award Winning Executive Search
We have a fantastic opportunity for a top level, highly organised and driven Executive Assistant, to join a company at the forefront of their industry, who are continuing to excel.
Our client is a global, award winning organisation, based in the heart of Mayfair and are the world leaders in Executive Search. They are currently on the hunt for have several Executive Assistants at this level, all 1:1.
This role needs someone who is flexible, dedicated and a team player. If you're also an excellent multi–tasker with the ability to prioritise, show initiative and have experience in this industry, you will be in a strong position.
The role itself will be varied, on any given day you will find yourself managing a range of complex projects, executing extensive diary management, arranging meetings, organising global and national travel and organising interviews. As well as this you will be tasked with updating the database, recording notes and information from meetings, preparing and typing extensive documents, collating expenses, billing, as well as other general, ad–hoc EA duties for the consultant you are assisting. You need to enjoy a very busy yet varied day. You also need to be a team person and happy assisting the other EA's when needed.
Ideally you will need to have excellent typing skills (55wpm) and at intermediate level will all MS Office packages.
The hours are 9am–5.30pm, but you will need to be happy to be on call 24/7 at times.
