Float Executive Assistant – Award Winning Executive Search
We have a fantastic opportunity for a top level, highly organised and driven Float Executive Assistant, to join a company at the forefront of their industry, who are continuing to excel.
Our client is a global, award winning organisation, based in the heart of Mayfair and are the world leaders in Executive Search. They are currently on the hunt for have several Float Executive Assistants to support a large EA team.
This role needs someone who has all the attributes of an EA. Someone who is flexible, dedicated, a team player, an excellent multi–tasker with the ability to prioritise, show initiative and have experience in this industry, to name a few of the key attributes that will put you at an advantage.
The role itself will be varied as you will be supporting and covering a number of EAs across the business, on any given day you will find yourself executing extensive diary management, arranging meetings, organising global and national travel and organising interviews. As well as this you will be tasked with updating the database, recording notes and information from meetings, preparing and typing extensive documents, collating expenses, billing, as well as other general, ad–hoc EA duties for the consultant you are assisting at that time. You need to enjoy a very busy yet varied day.
Ideally you will need to have excellent typing skills (55wpm) and at intermediate level will all MS Office packages.
The hours are 9am–5.30pm, but you will need to be happy to be on call 24/7 at times.
