Recruitment Consultant – Lowestoft
Commercially wise, confident, career driven individual required to develop the long established commercial business and work towards progressing into a management role. Ideally you will have some recruitment or sales experience but the essentials we are looking for are tenacity and flexibility with the desire to succeed.
General overview of responsibility:
- Working with your team to plan and instigate varied promotional activity
- Provide high level customer service to our customers and applicants
- Source and select candidates to present to clients
- Arrange interviews and confirm short term contracts
- Research and market to new customers
- Visit new and existing customers to discuss requirements
The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with new clients through outbound sales calls and client meetings. You will be responsible for organising your own workload and negotiating terms of business.
You will need to be highly motivated; an excellent communicator at all levels and committed to providing an outstanding delivery of recruitment, sales and business development. You will have a strong support structure and will be rewarded for your achievement.
